Sam not only was able to correctly identify the root cause of my issue, but also explained it to me patiently and clearly. I left feeling both incredibly empowered and hopeful that my chronic pain wasn’t going to be chronic for long. He very clearly knows his stuff, and I trust him completely. He also sends follow-up videos of him doing the stretches/exercises after, so you don’t have to remember the specifics. Exceptional PT office! Sam is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He takes time to make sure you understand what is happening and the results you are looking for at different stages of your recovery. Connection to an app is provided so you can review exercise videos/instructions and log your at home PT and keep Choice City updated on your progress.
